Pizza is a pretty solid go-to at any time, but steer away from the delivery line and forget frozen pizza, it just takes a few minutes to make your own dough and you’ll impress everyone when you up your pizza game with your own dough.

Donair Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Donair Sauce
- 1 can condensed milk 12 oz
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic or, 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed red chili pepper optional
Pizza Ingredients
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded
- ½ cup white onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup mushrooms favorite – white, brown, cremini, etc – thin sliced
- ½ cup black olives optional
- ½ cup cherry tomato halved
- ½ cup donair meat or roast beef
- fresh basil for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Donair Sauce
- In a small bowl, open 1 can condensed milk.
- Add vinegar, garlic and red chili pepper (optional)
- Mix thoroughly. Store covered in fridge for 1+hours prior to use.
Pizza
- On rolled out pizza dough, slather on some of that donair sauce.
- Distribute pizza toppings all over, like you would any pizza toppings (add or subtract as you feel necessary)
- Sprinkle cheese all over.
- Bake 15-25 minutes, as required, until dough slightly crisps up and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
- Let stand 3-5 minutes prior to serving. ENJOY!
