Snap Pea Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup snap peas washed and snipped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ½ cup green onion greens
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds garnish
  • 1 tbsp green onion garnish, angle chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crushed chili pepper to taste, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat small wok or skillet over medium heat. Add cooking oil for full coverage of pan surface. 1-2 minutes.
  • Add snap peas and bean sprouts, fry for 3-4 minutes. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and any optional ingredients or add-ins.
  • Add garlic and green onion greens (save green onion whites for garnish). Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Garnish. Serve. Enjoy!

Notes

This is a pretty quick-moving recipe. Just make sure you don't overcook the nice crisp snap peas!
