Smoked Corn on the cob

Smoked Corn on the Cob

One of the easiest additions to any #homecookedfeast in the smoker. Brush with butter or oil, lightly salt and, after only 1.5 hours on the top rack, you'll end up with a sweet and savory complement to any southern BBQ meal. No pre-cooking/steaming required!

Notes

The above recipe is for only 1 cob of corn. I have found during parties or meals, no guest will have more than 2 pieces of corn, so broken into 3 or 4 pieces or perfect way to stretch your corn while simultaneously not making anyone fill up just on corn! (even though it's so damn good... I wish I had some right now!)
