In a water-tight jar or container, dissolve sugar and salt into vinegar.
Add sliced, diced and chopped vegetables and garlic into vinegar mixture.
Mix well so that all vegetables are submerged in vinegar solutions.
Let pickle for 4-6 (or more) hours.
Serve as a fresh, spicy side to any BBQ #homecookedfeast!
Notes
If you want to get all fancy, toss it in a jar. Looks great and tastes even better! Feel free to use whichever type of vinegar you prefer. White vinegar is the cheapest and most readily available, but have some fun with this!
