Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups watermelon 1-2 bite size
  • 5 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • small bushel cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 sprig mint
  • 1 green onion chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  • Juice lemon over watermelon and other toppings, drizzle olive oil.
  • Mix well. Serve and enjoy!
