Donair Pizza Recipe
Middle-eastern and Italian come together in a perfect fusion of sweet, savory, meat and veg.

Donair Sauce
- 1 can condensed milk 12 oz
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic or, 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed red chili pepper optional
Pizza Ingredients
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded
- ½ cup white onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup mushrooms favorite - white, brown, cremini, etc - thin sliced
- ½ cup black olives optional
- ½ cup cherry tomato halved
- ½ cup donair meat or roast beef
- fresh basil for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
Donair Sauce
In a small bowl, open 1 can condensed milk.
Add vinegar, garlic and red chili pepper (optional)
Mix thoroughly. Store covered in fridge for 1+hours prior to use.
Pizza
On rolled out pizza dough, slather on some of that donair sauce.
Distribute pizza toppings all over, like you would any pizza toppings (add or subtract as you feel necessary)
Sprinkle cheese all over.
Bake 15-25 minutes, as required, until dough slightly crisps up and cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh basil.
Let stand 3-5 minutes prior to serving. ENJOY!
